August 24th Under Judge Lynn Flemming at our Alaska State Fair Nova was Grand
Champion Jr. Doe earning her Jr. Leg.
We are still trying to get Nova to settle on a breeding, we just used the only boy she hadn't
been bred to so hopefully we will get to see the udder we have been trying so long to attain!
Awaiting blood results, if we do have her successfully settled I don't think we will
be able to part with her first offspring until we have a successful 2nd set. Her sire
is deceased so she is kinda special to us. Nova's pregnancy test came back and
she is pregnant!! YAY!!

Another pretty blue eyed doe, both these girls are long and level. Looking forward
to her coming udder this February!
WOW is all I can say with this girls ff udder. She freshened with a single buck kid
and her udder is great. Very good teat placement, strong medial, ideal teat size,
exceptional texture and she stands like a rock.

Hopefully we can get Winnie to settle this year, sure am looking forward to seeing
an udder under her, she is a sweet friendly girl who just hasn't settled yet despite
our best efforts.
Update!! We finally have Winnie confirmed bred and she is making an udder!!
Go Winnie, she presented us with a single blue eyed doe kid. Her udder texture
and orrifices are very nice. She stands wonderfully even though I pick her up to
get her there :) Good capacity for a ff with a single doe kid. Laterals are not what
we hoped, but she is a joy to milk.

1/5/08 Best greeted me with a surprise extra baby after the first was born! Long,
wide and level, babies both were graced with momma's blue eyes. I am more than
pleased with Bjorns first offspring and am retaining both at this time.
